Action methods were developed in the early twentieth century by J. L. Moreno, MD, and expanded by generations of students and practitioners. These approaches have made significant contributions to psychotherapy and professional training, although their influence remains underrecognized.
Psychodrama is an experiential therapy method that emphasizes action and interaction rather than conversation alone. It is based on the idea that people learn, heal, and grow through meaningful experiences with others. Supported by a strong theoretical foundation and existential philosophy, psychodrama uses creative techniques to deepen emotional expression, increase self-awareness, and encourage meaningful behavioral change.

Participants can explore personal and social relationships, family-of-origin experiences, work and career challenges, positive identity, and their creative potential. These action-oriented methods are effective, empowering, engaging, and enjoyable.
