Join our weekly online workshops, held Mondays from 5:30–7:30 p.m., September through June. These interactive sessions use action-oriented approaches grounded in group therapy, psychodrama, and sociometry. Participants explore personal growth and connection in a safe, supportive, and affirming environment.
